Pal-Link Construction Pte Ltd
The impetus for the establishment of Pal-Link Construction Pte Ltd started with friends and fellow colleagues Mr Roger Teo, Mr Bong A Suan and Ms Cindy Lee, all of whom wanted to strike out and create a business of their own. Thus, on 12 Sept 2007, the partners established the general builder, and took their first steps into entrepreneurship.
As a general builder which specializes in undertaking construction, as well as alteration and addition (A&A), we work on a number of governmental bodies such as the Housing and Development Board and the Ministry of Education. We had also undertakes projects for associations and commercial enterprises such as religious buildings and condominium.
Priding ourselves on quality standards and timely delivery of our projects, with an emphasis on full compliance with client specifications and requirements, we are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, bizSafe Star and GGBS Merit certified.
Having started on a small scale, Pal-Link Construction Pte Ltd has grown tremendously over the years.
The Way Ahead
Though Roger, Bong and Cindy intend to continue developing Pal-Link Construction Pte Ltd as a general building company, they are also looking into diversifying the company into related businesses. Knowing that the local market demand for construction services will not last forever, the partners are considering options such as steel fabrication and material supply, which would complement the core business as well as further build upon the success of Pal-Link Construction Pte Ltd.
